"One Party" Rule Explained
For the purposes of our promotions, a “party” is the entire group dining together at the same table or as part of the same visit. Even if the bill is split, the group is considered one party and eligible for only one promotional reward per visit. We reserve the final right to determine who's considered a part of a single party.
Scenario 1: Four friends come in together and sit at the same table. Their total bill before tax and gratuity is $135. Even if they ask for two separate checks — one for $65 and one for $70 — they are still considered one party. This means they qualify for only one reward tier based on the combined total, not separate rewards for each check.
Scenario 2:
10 people arrive together and ask to be seated, but due to space, they are placed at two separate tables next to each other. They interact throughout the meal, share food, and request the checks at the same time. Even though they are at two tables, they are considered one party for the purposes of the promotion, and only one reward tier applies based on their combined total.
Scenario 3:
Two couples arrive separately and are seated at different tables in different sections. They happen to know each other and chat briefly during the meal, but each table orders independently, has its own server, and receives its check at a different time. In this case, they are considered two separate parties for the purposes of the promotion, and each table’s total is calculated on its own.
